Anisah Abdullah specialises in helping expectant and postpartum Muslim mothers transform from anxious and fearful to powerful and fearless inshallah.

As the founder of Inherent Birth, Anisah has coached hundreds of women/families across 6 continents over the last 9 years with her Doula and perinatal wellness services. She is passionate about offering holistic support that enables the power, choice and experience to be back in her clients’ hands.

She is NLP, RTT and TBR trained as well as being a Certified AMANI Birth CBE, Doula and Blessed Start Course Facilitator.

As a firm believer in the mind body-connection Anisah created the first pregnancy colouring and Affirmation Book for pregnant Muslim women to create a safe-space for affirmation, relaxation and reflection. She not only educates her clients about the power of mindset and belief, in having a wholesome perinatal experience, she shows them exactly how to craft a dynamic, resilient mind-state in order to achieve it.
