Bio

Every human, including you, has a right to be respected, heard, and receive favorable conditions and environment to improve their mental health and well-being. This belief of mine motivates me to wake up every day and give this right back to as many people as I can.

I am a mental health professional with 4-5 years of experience in clinical social work, migration, and intercultural competence. After working for mental health, well-being, and psychosocial support with diverse populations especially people in crisis and migrants in therapeutic, research projects, and fieldwork settings, and after gaining academic exposure in different cultures and countries, I have made my professional approach gender and culturally sensitive and migration-aware.

I mainly use logotherapy and gestalt techniques in my counseling approach to resolving issues like depression, meaninglessness, boredom, frustration, directionlessness in life, in addition to other interpersonal and adjustment problems. My sessions would be a safe and comfortable space for you to express yourself and heal, and eventually gain the ability to grow independently.
