Assalaamu alaykum!

I am Habiba, I started the business “The Mental Health Muslimah” in 2020, aiming to support muslim women with their mental health. I have an undegraduate degree in Psychology with Clinical Psychology and an introductory qualification in counselling.

My aim is to support Muslim women with a variety of issues they may facing through psychoeducation and teaching on the Islamic perspectives to mental health. I am personable, passionate, and empathetic to helping muslim women solve issues with their mental health.

I am also studying Islamic Fundamentals Course at ‘Maryam Institute’ which overs Islamic Law, Hadith, Adab and Taribya, Quran and Islamic Scholarly Tradition and am passionate to share my knowledge. As a revert to Islam, I have spent many years gaining and seeking knowledge on the deen. I believe through the noor of knowledge, we can overcome many difficulties in life.
