I am an Integrative health coach I help women suffering from stress, depression, anxiety, and emotional eating to regain back their peace and mindfulness through nutrition, lifestyle, and spiritual practices.
I started my career as a pharmacist working in a hospital and after that, I worked as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy where I gained a lot of experience in dealing with diseases with conventional medicine and pharmaceuticals. I know from my study in pharmacy school how many diseases are chronic and how medications are given only to hide the symptoms and never treat the cause. I also studied the benefits of medicinal plants and how they are used to treat diseases, so I began to explore my passion for alternative medicine and went back to college to study plants for a master's degree. After that, I got a diploma in clinical pharmacy and finally, I got certified from the Institute of Integrative medicine in order to integrate all of what I learned about medicine, herbalism, nutrition, and lifestyle to help women live a healthy life.
I also Studied Islamic studies for four years at an Azhar Institute to gain an understanding of my religion and helping others too.
