I am an MBBS doctor with clinical exposure in psychiatry, internal medicine, and COVID patient care. During my training,I interacted with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological distress, including anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. These encounters strengthened my ability to listen with patience, recognise distress and respond with care and clarity.
During the COVID, I worked as a Junior doctor, supporting patients through isolation and uncertainty when they were away from their families. This experience deepened my understanding of importance of reassurance and compassionate communication. Alongside clinical work, offering guidance through honest conversations comes naturally to me. I help individuals reflect on what may be happening medically and emotionally while suggesting steps grounded in medical understanding and Islamic values.
I value asking, “How are you really?”and helping people move toward clarity. I believe both ease and hardship come from Allah, and in each there is khair. If you are reading this, consider it part of Allah’s Qadr guiding you towards support. My approach blends empathy, medical knowledge&faith- centered wisdom
