I am a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist. I have done my bachelor's degree in human nutrition and dietetics from the University of Lahore and now Lecturing at Sialkot Medical College For the past three years I am offering consultations through different remote platforms and helping people on how to get in the right direction and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have experience working in different hospitals and health and fitness centers. Also, I have been working in some community nutrition programs.
