My goal is to help people make positive changes in their lives by providing them with tools and strategies to manage their emotional wellbeing. I am passionate about helping others to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and achieve their full potential. Whether it's dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I work with individuals to find effective solutions that meet their unique needs. It is an honor to serve as a psychologist and I am committed to helping people live happier, healthier lives. As a Muslim psychologist my approach is to deal with my clients with a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude, and ensure that their interventions are consistent with Islamic values. I feel that we ought to strike a balance between the Islamic teachings and evidence-based psychological practices to help individuals achieve optimal mental and emotional health.
