10 years of practical experience of learning and mentoring people in public speaking and leadership through Toastmasters International, where I reached the leadership pinnacle of the organization in Saudi Arabia as District director. In addition to winning third place in the impromptu speech national contest (District Table topics Annual Contest). This is supported by achieving the highest education award in Toastmasters twice, "Distinguished Toastmaster."

In addition, being PMP certified and my experience as a project manager in leading the projects' teams to achieve the results gave me the experience of building and leading efficient teams. 

The above experience armed me with the needed tools to coach and mentor the people searching for their own excellence and being better speakers and leaders.

Coaching became my passion.
