Sana nazakat is an ICF trained Mental wellness coach. She works with clients ( adults & teens) that are dealing with anxiety , emotional issues , career guidance ,self esteem issues, mental health issues.She is also a certified mindfulness practioner and works as a mindfulness coach to host workshops / group coaching practising mindfulness techniques that helps client to live more presently and have an optimum emotional and mental wellness.
MENTAL HEALTH PROJECT: In 2017 she co-founded a mental health awareness community. A local project initiated for awareness and educational purpose among community members. The aim was to make talking about mental illness a norm and to educate people about the basic mental illness red signs and symptoms. Her passion for mental health and wellness has always been very strong and she has spoken about it on various events like;
